It is MANDATORY to arrive 15 MINUTES before your scheduled Start Time. If you arrive late for your check-in time, this will cut into your ride time. We are unable to offer any time extensions or discounts to your rental if you arrive late to your check-in time. Because we have multiple reservations throughout the day, we must have ATVs in our possession at the end of your original reserved time. ($25.00 fee will be collected if you arrive late)
If you are unable to make your reservation and you do not contact us, you are at risk of losing your rental time. If you do NOT notify us that you are unable to make your scheduled time. This will be considered a NO SHOW, you will forfeit your rental charge, and your reservation will be canceled.

You must return the ATVs by the RETURN TIME on your rental agreement. You will be charged a LATE FEE of $75.00 PER ATV PER 30 MINUTES if you are LATE returning the ATVs. We have multiple reservations throughout the day. We must have ATVs in our possession at the end of your original reserved time.

Damage fees are charged for ATVs while in your care if returned with any damages exceeding the original damage OPTIONAL and RECOMMENDED to add Damage Protection to your reservation, which means ANY DAMAGE exceeding the original ATV Damage will be covered. Accidental Damage Protection is $10 PER ATV
